What is a Situation Analysis?

Situation analysis is examines the strategies employed by a company to respond to the internal and external environment.

It allows the strategist to understand the association's capacities, clients, and business condition.

Common techniques include the The 5Cs Analysis, 4C Analysis, 7C Analysis, SWOT analysis, and Porter’s Five Forces analysis.

What is the 4C Situational Analysis?

The 5C Situation analysis is a method of conducting both an internal and external analysis of a company. 

The acronym stands for:

  • Company or Client
  • Category or Industry
  • Customer or Consumer
  • Competition, Substitutes, or Emerging Threats

What is the 7C Situational Analysis?

Situation Analysis 7C: Situation Analysis 7C is an approach to perform the situational analysis. 

7C utilizes the following structure: Company, Competitors, Customers, Cost, Country, Climate, Change.
